Help Mohammed and his family in Gaza

Hello, I am Mohammad Khalifa and I am 20 years old.

My family currently consists of me, my mother, 2 sisters, my brother and my nephew. My brothers tent was hit by a missile in october last year, and the only survivor in his family was my 14 year old nephew that I take care of now. Our house was bombed in the beginning of the war and in total I have lost 32 family members, including my father. My mother also got a serious arm injury during this bombing.

I wish that me and the rest of my family could escape death, but every person who wants to leave Gaza is charged $8,000 by the occupation forces, and in the moment there is no way out.

We were displaced in camps in Deir al-Balah, but we had to evacuate several times. Now we are in North Gaza and the conditions are very hard. Its difficult to find food, and if we find its extremely expensive. We are currently living in a tent and are suffering from insects, infections and other diseases.

How can I explain to you our everyday suffering inside the tent? How can I explain to you the depression that I am going through for as long as the war has raged in Gaza? I am really tired of living here. I want to leave before it is too late. Every day that passes we become more tired than the day before. I hope you will help me and my family to survive as life in Gaza is a catastrofe now.

I want to collect money so that we can survive here, the prices of food and basic needs are unfortunately extremly high.

My wish is also one time in the future to fulfill my mother’s dream of a new house instead of the house that was bombed by the Israeli occupation.
