Breast Cancer Medical Expenses

Hi all, it’s crazy what life throws at you. In August, I found myself scratching at my right breast. A few weeks later, the same spot was itching. I went to scratch it and noticed a lump. I called as soon as I could and made an appointment for my first mammogram. Immediately upon viewing the film, they gave me an ultrasound. The doctor then recommended a biopsy right away. After a very long weekend after the biopsy and waiting on the results, I finally got the call. My doctor said, “Yes, you have breast cancer.” I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer and it is an aggressive growing tumor. I am currently in chemotherapy once a week for 12 weeks, then another infusion once every 3 weeks for 12 weeks, and Immunotherapy until October 2024. My surgery to remove the tumor will take place sometime in the spring. I am really trying to stay away from the public and staying at home, especially with the cold winter, and flu & Covid season. I am requesting help with paying my medical expenses, as I am paying out of pocket. My insurance doesn’t cover everything. I am not working and I am trying to stay safe and not catch any kind of sickness while my blood cells are trying to fight this cancer. I take great pride in being able to take care of my finances, but these expenses are too much for me to pay on my own. Any amount will help and would be a true blessing!
