I’m reaching out to ask for your support in helping me fund my top surgery. This is something I’ve dreamed of for as long as I can remember, and after years of struggling with dysphoria, I’m finally taking steps to make it a reality.

Top surgery costs over £10,000, and while I have been saving up as much as I can, I simply can’t cover all of the expenses on my own. This procedure isn’t just about how I look—it’s about how I exist in the world. The weight of dysphoria has been something I’ve carried my whole life, and the freedom that top surgery would give me is something I can’t even put into words.

Having this surgery would completely change my life. It would mean waking up every day feeling comfortable in my own skin, feeling like myself, and no longer having to battle the overwhelming distress that comes with dysphoria. It would mean finally being able to move through the world with confidence and peace.
