Cancer treatment

My name is Warren Neil Richardson. I go by my middle name so most will know me as Neil. I have recently been diagnosed with cancer, specifically metastatic squamous cell carcinoma. I have no health insurance but I have applied for assistance from Medicaid. I have already had a CT, needle biopsy and a PET scan to clarify things and help define the best course of treatment. I'm currently working at The Country Club of Virginia (CCV), in golf operations, a job that I love and will continue to perform as long and as vigorously as possible. If I miss any time from work due to treatment, then I won't be able to pay for my apartment, and will be forced to find another place to live. Of course, I would love to be able to stay here where I'm settled and comfortable. Any funds received will be used for medical and living expenses during treatment.
