Support Luna's Journey to Health

Update: We made goal!! thank you to everyone for your help. 

My name is Skylar Hoover and this is about my baby, Luna. We don’t really know what is wrong with her. We noticed this past week a giant growth on her shoulder and we took her in to be seen at the vet. They said it’s a tumor and the cells need to be taken for testing. They sent cells to the lab and we’re waiting to hear more.

However, since this weekend, we’ve found a total of 6 more little bumps that we believe might be from the same bump or maybe something totally different, not really sure. The tumor on her shoulder will need to be removed regardless of what the results say, but that will require us to travel to the oncologist. The vet did give her an antibiotic to see if that will shrink the tumor, but it’s a huge maybe. I don’t expect this to go very far, and I’m not expecting you to donate money. Honestly, good vibes during this crazy time is enough, but I’ve been encouraged to reach out for help raising money, so here I am. If we reach this goal or we don’t need this money, I’m going to give it back to Buffalo to the Pet Emergency Fund to help fellow pet owners who need help in times of crisis.
