Hi, my name is Chase Radigan and I am raising funds for my nephew, Gabriel Hassan, to fund his medical treatments.

Gabe has a condition called Shwachman-Diamond syndrome (SDS), and is a rare, inherited bone marrow failure, characterized by a low number of white blood cells, poor growth due to difficulty absorbing food, and, in some cases, skeletal abnormalities. SDS occurs in 1 in 80,000 newborns, and Gabe has been a fighter ever since was born. As his uncle, his ability to thrive and enjoy all that life has to offer is why it is so important to me that he be given assistance at this most crucial time.

Gabe's condition has developed to the point where he is undergoing chemotherapy treatments. Gabe and his family need all the support that can be offered, and any funds that are gained from this campaign will be used to fund his medical procedures so he can come back home from the hospital he is currently staying at. Any amount of money would be greatly appreciated.
