Help Kurt Rushing Jr. And his Mom

Hello, my name is Debbie Nettesheim. My family and I are trying help a very dear cousin of ours, Kelly (Ziegelbauer) Rushing, who lives in Merrill Wisconsin.

Kelly traggicly lost her husband during a valve replacement surgery at the age of 53, just 2 months ago. There was no indication this would not go well and their family has been devistated.

Kurt was not only the love of her life but the only provider for the family. This allowed Kelly to be able to be a stay at home mom for her eldest son Kurt Jr. Who is 22 and has severe austism. Kurt Jr. Is non verbal and functioning at about the age of 3 years old with and a severe seizure disorder. Her second son Christian is 21, and has autism as well but not to the extent of his brother. Her youngest son is Ian and he just graduated from High School. All three boys still live with her.

At this time we are hoping to alleviate her worry about making ends meet on a more limited budget until she can gigure out her finances. At this time she only has received the one time death benefit from Socoal Security of 250.00 and does not qualify for survivorship brnefits as all her children are over 18. We know there is a long road ahead learning to manage with out Kurt and want to help her through her grief as she is overwhelmed trying to cope with this tragic loss.
