Five days before Christmas, adorable, cheerful Knox Palmer stopped breathing. He was three months old.Knox is safe with Jesus, but his family is sick with grief. The day after Knox died, his mother wrote:"Yesterday tragedy hit our family in the single worst day of our lives. Our sweet, beautiful baby Knox left us for Heaven. The pain that we are left with in our hearts is beyond comprehension. Our arms are empty and we long so desperately to hold our baby again. But we can't. We are trying to find comfort in knowing he is with Jesus and that someday we will be reunited with that precious smile and laughter that filled the room. Until then we ask from our family, friends and community to please pray for us. Please pray so hard and do not stop. Pray that we find the strength to make it through this together and the peace that we need. Goodbye Knoxers, you are loved more than it is humanly possible to love someone. Your short time with us made our lives perfect. The last 3 months truly were the best days of our lives. XXOX Mommy, Daddy, Gracie and Hunter"Knox’s parents, Mark and Elisha, are facing a pile of medical bills. They also need a little time away—from the empty crib, the clean bottles, the quiet house. Having the money they need—for the emergency room care, previous medical care or a plane ticket/getaway—would ease the financial weight off a couple already crippled with pain.If you’d like to help, please donate here and let's bless this family during this difficult holiday season.
