350HK goes to the Pole

The number 350 means climate safety: to preserve a livable planet, scientists tell us we must reduce the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere from its current level of 400 parts per million to below 350 ppm.

350香港 is our local HK branch of the 350.org global climate movement. Their climate-focused campaigns, projects and actions are led from the bottom-up by people in 188 countries who are doing what they can to hold our leaders accountable to the realities of science and the principles of justice.

Climate change is not a belief, it is a fact, and one that seems to be getting lost somewhat in the current political climate. So given the wonderful opportunity we have been given to travel to the Polar Icecap, we believe we should seize the opportunity to try to contribute to something that may go someway to ensuring it is still there for generations to come.
