Olivia Banwarts Fund

My name is John Kambs and I am raising money for my dear friends The Banwarts and their daughter Olivia. Olivia has been diagnosed with congenital heart disease and the money raised will be used to help Olivia and the Banwarts with the financial burden of upcoming surgeries, doctor visits, checkups etc that are needed to keep Olivia alive and well.
     The Banwarts are some of the strongest people I know and have had the honor of being friends with. Both Ben and Megan (Olivia's parents) are school teachers dedicated to thier communities and helping children.
     Ben and Megan had their first daughter Sophia and were blessed with a healthy baby. Shortly there after Megan was pregnant with their second child Miles who was diagnosed with congenital heart disease in the womb as well. The Banwarts knew that there would be complications during pregnancy and birth and that Miles would need surgery as soon as he was born. Unfortunately Miles passed shortly after birth. Not only were the Banwarts put thru what no parent can ever imagine with Miles but they were also put to the test financially as well. The costs of the funeral, checks ups, surgeries etc was enormous. I never once heard the Banwarts complain or say "why us" all they were was thankful for everything including the little amount of time they had with Miles after he was born. This is why as I stated earlier they are some of the strongest people I know, I don't think I could have handled what they went thru at all let alone with the grace that they did it with.
     Shortly after discovering that they were expecting their third child they were informed that Olivia suffered from the same disease. Thankfully Olivia was born and has made it thru multiple surgeries and is alive and well as shown in the picture. We visited with Megan and her daughters the other day and she was informing me of the immense financial burden that her and her family are going thru with Olivia's disease. I told her to do a "go fund me" page and she said that she felt like she didn't have the right to do so since she already had one for Miles upon his passing. I told her that that is completely ridiculous but she stood pat. I got to thinking, what can i do to help? Then it dawned on me that I could start a go fund me page for her and her family and thats what this is. What ever you can give would be greatly appreciated and will go directly towards helping the Banwarts and Olivia.
