Hello Friends and Family,
as many of you know, Bruce has been diagnosed with a very rare type of cancer that is untreatable and inoperable. Although his prognosis is grim, he is relaxing comfortably at home . He is living longer than his doctors anticipated and this we believe is due to all of your prayers and good wishes.   His condition requires round the clock nursing because he is a trach patient and only qualified LVN's or RN's can care for him. He requires suctioning, breathing treatments and trach care. The cost for care is very expensive and we are incurring a great amount of debt to keep him comfortable. Unfortunately, insurance and Medicare cover nothing. We have exhausted every avenue and are ultimately responsible for his care. We love and appreciate everyone for all of their efforts this month.
