My brother Robert O'Connor, pictured here on the right, has fallen on hard times. Many health problems over the years, and now a massive stroke requiring rehabilitation which has left him unable to work.
Those of you who know him, or who have encountered him in his roles as police officer, volunteer firefighter, emergency medical technician, lifeguard, etc...will remember him as as first to enter, last to leave. He has given unstintingly of himself over the years to the many communities he has been a part of. There are many people alive today thanks to his selflessness and dedication. Now he needs our help to recover.
He is in need of immediate assitance to keep a roof over his head, food on the table, and for the therapy he needs to regain use of his right hand. He has a weakened heart and dimished cardiac function, and cannot work at the present time. It is urgent that he generates some income for daily living expenses until he regains his strength.
Thi is a man who has given it all, and he needs some love and support sent back to him from the community
