As many of you know, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in June.  I have received wonderful medical support.  My medical journey has consisted of 5 months of chemotherapy which I have nearly completed, with a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction and other treatments to follow.  I have a great healthcare team that is working with me on my road to recovery, however I know that for complete healing I need to uplift and nurture my spirit and center myself on my path to wellness.  

I know that for me, yoga, mindfulness, and travel experience replenish my strength, fuel my intellectual curiosity, and provide me perspective and opportunities to give.
