Hi, my name is James, the Director of Music at Helena Romanes School. We are on a mission to get a new piano. In the heart of our bustling school, melodies once danced freely through the corridors and echoed in the hearts of students, now stands a tired and worn-out piano. Its once-vibrant keys are faded, its sound dull and lifeless. Yet, despite its age and wear, it remains the beacon of creativity and inspiration for aspiring musicians and artists.

Amidst this backdrop of faded notes and forgotten tunes, a passionate teacher with dreams as vast as the ocean, decided to take matters into his own hands. Determined to breathe new life into the music programme and inspire his fellow students, embarking on a daring mission - to shave his hair off for a new piano.

The day of the grand piano fundraiser has arrived, and the school is buzzing with excitement and anticipation. The once-faded piano stood proudly on the stage, a symbol of resilience and determination. As Mr Cairns bravely takes to the stage, he shares his story and his dream of a new piano that would fill the halls with music once more.
