Hello, Lisa is my lovely sister and she could use some help. She is currently being treated for colon cancer, and is finding that her insurance simply does not cover all of the expenses associated with treatment. Not only that, Lisa broke her collarbone last year and was out of work for an extended period of time, depleting her savings.
She finds it difficult to ask for help, as just last year we found ourselves asking for help with our mother's cancer treatments. Mom has recently been declared to be cancer free, and is very grateful for the outpouring of help from family and friends. GoFundMe was a very valuable process to reach out and ask for the help that our family so dearly needed.
Lisa has some medical bills coming due very soon; costs related to tests, x-rays, procedures, and missed work. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.
