Coast to coast for Men’s Mental Health

Hi everyone,
It’s taken me a while to finally write a post about this. I’m still struggling to deal with the loss of so many close friends and the heartbreaking side of the battle with mental health and this is my second time doing the cycle and I want to do it again to donate as much as possible to the amazing charity that is MIND.
A mental health charity that has helped so many people in their troubled path of life. In memory of my lil bro Cameron who was not my brother my blood but we went back as being in nappies together and grew up together from the age 1/2.
A loving, caring and charismatic young lad who will all miss dearly.
I’ve taken it upon myself to plan to cycle across the country doing the famous coast to coast bike ride on the 6th of september, only 7/8 weeks from now. I will be cycling 120 + miles from Whitehaven on the west coast ending at St Mary’s lighthouse. The trip will take be around 3/4 days to complete.
This will be a massive challenge mentally and physically but with something so close to my heart i feel I need to do my bit!
I’m raising money to give something back charities that have not only helped myself and close friends in recent years. I will be documenting my training and the full journey across the country in August through my Instagram ❤️
Changed dates due to work reasons. I will now be doing this on the 6th lf September and finishing st Mary’s lighthouse on the 8th ❤️
