As many of you may know, Leslie McCarty, our good friend and office manager at WHSB is pregnant with twins.  On Thursday, March 10, she came to work reporting that she wasnt feeling her babies move too much.  She had an ultrasound showing that one of her babies had died.  She has since been in the hospital and is now on leave from from work due to the high risk nature of her pregnancy.

Her husband, Cord, has recently started a new business that is just getting off the ground.  They were not anticipating the cost of a funeral, much less the loss of income from not working.  The burial plot alone will cost $5700. 

Someone asked me today how they might be able to help.  I wasn't sure what to tell them.  She has an excellent network of friends and family who I know will be praying for them, feeding them, and assisting them with some of their needs.  The only thing I could think of would be to ask if anyone might be able to help offset some of these costs.  I'm sure that any amount will help and will be deeply appreciated.

We are currently doing everything we can to keep her pregnant with her other baby, but we are unsure how long before they will incur these expenses after delivery.  Thank you for anything that you can contribute.
