Save Snickers

My name is Desiree, and my boyfriend and I received some very upsetting news today. Our kitty 'Snickers' needs to have surgery or she is not going to make it. She has an object she consumed that is now blocking her small intestines and her stomach. Unfortunately the object is not in the right path to come out of her. Even if she tried to consume anything else she would not be able to digest it. She has tons of gas blockage that can not come out because of the blockage and obstruction. She has not eaten in 3 days. The 1st day she threw up several times. She's lost a signicant amount of weight and unfortunately it's only going to get worse. The vet did tell us this was a life or death situation. We want to save our kitty. She is only 9 months old, she is our son's bestfriend and our other kitty's companion. Anything will help! They have her planned for surgery today and they quoted us on the "low end", as they put it, $3500. We have already spent $500 last night in medical fees and x-rays. And if we do not go through with the surgery, we will have to say goodbye to her.  If we do not raise enough money to go through with the surgery, we WILL return all the money back to everyone who has donated.
