IN THIS FAMILY NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE
On the afternoon of December 8th, 2016 Ted and Cindy Garcia were returning from Christmas shopping in Albuquerque when a vehicle pulled in front of them on HWY 599 causing a collision. The other driver subcame to his injuries - Ted, a K9 Deputy Sheriff in Taos County NM sustained a shattered arm that required immediate surgery and also injuries to his head and legs. Cindy, a Rio Arriba County Deputy Sheriff sustained a critical head injury and bleed in her brain, she remains in a medical induced coma (as of 12-12-16) at Christus St Vincent’s Hospital and the full extent of the injury will not be known until she regains consciousness. Both Ted and Cindy will be out of work for an extended period and even with insurance they are already incurring a lot of costs and bills and need to provide for their four children – girls age 14, two 12 year olds and 16 year old son. Your prayers as well as financial assistance is greatly appreciated by both of their families and their work families at TCSO and RACSO. Please keep all involved in your thoughts and prayers this Holiday Season and help make their family’s a Christmas Miracle.
