Mother and three daughters PLEASE READ. Y’all this is the sweetest family. Her home is getting foreclosed on and they have nowhere to go!

A local newly-single mother was awarded her residence after a year long divorce process. She agreed to be responsible for 3 past due payments in order to catch the loan up. The husband was responsible for getting written authorization (for the wife to simply inquire about the loan) to the mortgage company immediately following mediation, which was on December 9th. He finally got the letter to her -not to the mortgage company-exactly one month later…January 9th. He allowed the residence to go into foreclosure without notifying the wife or his attorney. He has since allowed her vehicle loan payments to go into default and it was repossessed two weeks ago with her daughters backpacks in it. She and the girls have been relying on her receptionist income and her parents for assistance.

This family needs help. By the time she got the Letter of Authorization to the mortgage lender, it took two weeks to get a reinstatement total cost generated. Two weeks later the cost has risen to

$8000.00, and will potentially grow another two thousand dollars in two more weeks. She is taking side jobs, but is doing all she can do to keep her family afloat. Please say a prayer for this family and help in anyway possible so they can keep their home.
