My name is clare i was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013 had surgery chemotheraphy and radiotheraphy to get a clear then 3 months later it appers in my lungs i battled that with chemo to find that unfortunately the chemo had stopped working and i had grown a tumour in my head which was removed unfortunately i havent been on chemo due to recent scans shows that i have another tumour on head and it has apperead in my liver ive been told i have less than a year but i am hopimg that the chemo will stabilise me a bit please can you help to give me the last year of my life special for my kids and my family thankyou so much
