We are from the North Assembly Tool Control group at TMMC. A member of our team has hit a bump in the great road of life. Dale Williams has been an employee at TMMC for over 20 years. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to work in several areas of North Assembly. His role in the kaizen shop allowed his talents and personality to reach past North Assembly and cover all of TMMC. He is always looking to improve and make life easier for the people he works with. Outside of work, many have attended his poker tournaments for charity or just for a great night with friends. If you have spent any time with Dale in or outside of TMMC, you know he is a solid dude that would help out in any way he could.

Dale is in a battle with prostate cancer. He has a great family support team. His wife Sandy, daughter Addison, son Max and dog Harley are in this fight with him at home. We are his home away from home, we would like to support Dale as much as we can in this battle.
