Our dad is 53 years old, a kindhearted and hardworking man who has been in this country for 25 years without any legal troubles. Just yesterday, after getting out of work, He was heading to paint a house for extra money to help my brother with college, he was taken by police and is now in jail under an ICE hold. This sudden problem has left my brother and I heartbroken.

Our dad has always been there for us. He's been working long hours and taking on extra jobs so that my brother could continue his education. We are struggling to cover lawyer costs, and without our dad, my brother will struggle to cover household expenses, and his tuition.
