I have lived with severe food allergies to dairy, nuts, and eggs my entire life. I know the fear of sitting in a restaurant with nothing safe to eat, having to read every ingredient label, and the constant weight of an EpiPen and allergy card in my bag.

33 million people live with food allergies, and this October I am moving 33 miles and turning every mile I run, walk, and bike into a step toward change.
