Prostate cancer returned

Hello everybody just to update you with my prostate cancer so I was able to have a special PMSA and I thank  everybody who donated ( and I had a very very special Angel you know who you are )I as a result of me having this specialized test they were able to confim that the cancer had returned, and I need to go through 33 radiation treatments started in January. Being that sad, they were able to pinpoint exactly where the cancer is located so it will be a targeted area and it has not spread to any other parts of my body, but I just cannot let it go untreated before it starts spreading, my oncologist said, what are you waiting for let’s do this now it’s made a lot of sense(I was having doubts of having any treatments at all)

Ithought about this and I cannot be too proud not to ask for help each radiation treatment is $250 per session so that’s 250×33.  So it’s a bit over $8000 for all of the people who donated so I am able to have my PMSA I am truly grateful And blessed.  I ended up paying a little over $6000 I’m just going to be honest my Social Security benefits are not that high but I still do not qualify for Medicaid Florida is an “Income Cap State,” which means that if you have more than $2000 in the bank you don’t qualify how crazy is that

Most of my life in my career, the companies that I worked with hospitality did not offer 401(k)s, nor did they offer any retirement benefits. You were lucky if your company lasted more than a year without changing ownership

with my eyes closed and embarrassed, I asked for any thing that you could help out with. There’s no such thing of a little about everything will be going towards the treatment and then maybe my last chapter dealing with prostate cancer be end , it’s been an awful 12 years dealing with this the fear has been overwhelming but from now on, I’m just going to be positive every day. And please don’t feel bad at all. If you can’t donate anything 

(I know nobody can talk you in doing anything except a very dear friend help me put this together)

I tried a lot of resources and it’s funny because there are lots of grants out there but unless you’re having chemotherapy, there is very little if nothing for people that have to go through the route of radiation I was told that from the national Institute of health (NIH)and  the Prostate foundation.
