Stony Brook aKDPhi for Breast Cancer Awareness
Come participate in alpha Kappa Delta Phi at Stony Brook University’s annual Breast Cancer Awareness campaign! October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and the Alpha Gamma chapter of Stony Brook is all about advocating for this cause. Every year we raise money towards research for breast cancer. This year we are raising money for the alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that will allocate all donations from our 50+ chapters around the country and Canada towards foundations, such as the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Living Beyond Breast Cancer.
We, as an organization, dedicate the entire month of October solely to actively fundraise money to donate to the international foundation. Help us make a difference and raise awareness towards breast cancer!
More information about Alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Foundation: The alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Foundation was established in 2011 and became a 501(c)3 corporation in 2013.
