Seth suffered an accidental life threating gun shot wound to the leg.  He has now had multiple surgeries as well as received more than a dozen units of blood. 

He is a 21 year old young man with an extensive rehab period in front of him.  While the family does have insurance, the limits will not cover the huge charges that are mounting.  These funds will aid his family in covering his current and upcoming expenses.

If there are any donations that are not used for expenses, Seth will choose a charity to give the balance of donations.
