32mile Walk Memorial Fundraiser

Hi my name is Emma McInnes, myself and a large group of people are walking from Eston in Redcar and Cleveland to Whitby (32 Miles Circa) on the 9th of September 2023 to raise much-needed funds to help pay for a Headstone for my friend's Daughter Chloe Rice's resting place. Chloe tragically died in February 2021 from a drug overdose, after battling mental health and substance use for many years. Chloe was a Beautiful, talented and extremely intelligent young woman, who through her chaotic endeavours, still managed to achieve a 1st Class Honours degree and Master’s degree and wanted to be an Arts therapist for Young People living with Mental Health issues, but despite trying to overcome her addictions, her life was tragically cut short and her family including her small children are left broken-hearted and miss her dearly. Tanja also tragically lost her Son Brandon in 2011 due to a hit-and-run driver, so her grief has been unimaginable!

Tanja had to unexpectedly pay for Chloes funeral costs but has still been unable to pay for a Head Stone for Chloe’s grave, although Tanja does a wonderful job looking after the grave with flowers and a picket fence, a stone is visibly missing and your help towards these costs would be much appreciated
