Hello, Friends and Family, today on Christmas Eve, 12/24/2025, the day everyone was happy with their family, ours received the unimaginable news. My uncle Ruben had been found in the streets of Rosarito dead! He was a great dad; he had 2 kids, one girl and one boy. And the best uncle; he would pick me up from school when I was younger. He adored my kids and was always asking us to take them for him to see them, but work, life, and everything else came before him. He was only 46 years old, a hardworking and loving man. Everyone around him loved and adored him.

I feel so guilty I could've gone and seen him, but now we can't. At this moment, we don't know whether it was natural causes or if someone killed him. All we know is his Jr. found him lying on the sidewalk on his way home from work. Forensics were already there and had taped everything off, so he wasn't able to do anything at that moment.

In Rosarito, Mexico, as a lot of you know, they don't have a lot of family, so this is why I'm doing a GoFundMe to hopefully make enough for his funeral expenses. Because they're saying if they don't have the money, they can't claim the body, and the government will technically cremate him with a bunch of other unclaimed bodies. I do not want that to be his ending after he died alone, so if you can, please donate to this GoFundMe. Anything helps to get him the send-off he deserves!! Thank you all so much.

Hola, amigos y familiares, hoy, en Nochebuena, 24 de diciembre de 2025, un día en que todos disfrutaban con sus familias, la nuestra recibió una noticia inimaginable. ¡Mi tío Rubén fue encontrado muerto en las calles de Rosarito! Era un gran padre; tenía dos hijos, una niña y un niño. Y el mejor tío; me recogía de la escuela cuando era pequeña. Adoraba a mis hijos y siempre nos pedía que se los lleváramos para verlos, pero el trabajo, la vida y otras cosas se interponían. Tenía solo 46 años, un hombre trabajador y cariñoso. Todos a su alrededor lo querían y lo apreciaban mucho.

Me siento tan culpable... Podría haber ido a verlo, pero ahora ya no podemos. En este momento, no sabemos si fue por causas naturales o si alguien lo mató. Lo único que sabemos es que su hijo lo encontró tirado en la calle jr iva a casa después del trabajo cuando lo encontro. Los forenses ya estaban allí y habían acordonado la zona, así que no pudo hacer nada en ese momento.

En Rosarito, México, como muchos de ustedes saben, no tiene mucho Dinero en especial xk salio de la nada nunca nos imaginamos que esto le pasaria, por eso estoy organizando esta campaña de GoFundMe con la esperanza de recaudar lo suficiente para los gastos de su funeral. Nos han dicho que si no tenemos el dinero, no podrán reclamar el cuerpo, y el gobierno lo incinerará junto con otros cuerpos no reclamados. No quiero que ese sea su final después de haber fallecido solo, así que, si pueden, por favor, donen a esta campaña de GoFundMe. ¡Cualquier ayuda es bienvenida para que reciba la despedida que se merece!
