My name is Denia Gordon. I have no way of helping my dear friend Denise Chastain Caughorn physically. So, I've decided to help her by setting this GoFundMe up. Denise was just diagnosed with stage four bone cancer a few weeks ago. She has been fighting cancer on and off for almost 6 years now. Five and a half years ago, she had a double mastectomy with several reconstructive surgeries following in the next few years. About a year ago, pain started radiating from her back immensely. Denise ended up in the emergency room at the beginning of June due to this awful pain that has kept her physically unable. The hospital ordered some tests and scans. The scans showed several lesions on her spine. She was immediately referred to her oncologist. After her PET scan, she was diagnosed with stage four bone cancer. The cancer runs from her entire spine down into her hip bones. This was tragic news, considering she's been fighting so hard for the past five years. Needless to say, treatment has to be done because Denise has two beautiful daughters and two gorgeous, perfect granddaughters named Mila and Sophie. She only wants what every other mom and nana wants: to watch her perfect daughters and granddaughters grow and flourish. She wants to continue being their biggest fan through all of life's ups and downs.

So, we are asking for your help with support and financial assistance. This fight will not be easy in any way.
