This message is from the friends and family of Teena John and her late husband Prince John. Prince arrived in Canada in the year 2017 and was a very devoted and loving husband known for his kindness and generosity. A compassionate soul, always eager to help the sick and those in need. He was an avid traveler, a skilled cook and excelled in math. His warm and compassionate nature left a lasting impact on everyone he met. He warmly welcomed newcomers to Canada, offering them rides to church and extending kindness. Beyond that, he also helped them in various other ways.

Prince was deeply committed to his wife’s dreams, providing unwavering support, encouragement, and unconditional love.

He faced significant challenges while settling in Canada and put in immense effort during his early days as a newcomer.

He was a young and vibrant member in the Church involved in youth and other church activities. He was a team player and it came as a big shock when he got diagnosed with cancer in April of 2024 which was a devastating news to everyone.

Seeking treatment, he traveled to India and returned to Canada in November. However, his health began to decline as the disease spread rapidly, weakening him over time.

His greatest wish was to be with his family during his final moments. Despite his critical condition, it was difficult to secure approval for his journey back home. They trusted in the Lord and booked the ticket and carried the necessary medical equipment with them to support Prince during the flight.

Prince fought bravely for nearly a year, enduring painful treatments with remarkable strength and faith. He never complained, despite the excruciating pain, and remained steadfast, trusting in God’s healing power.
Even though the doctors told him, that the disease will eventually take his life, Prince responded with unwavering faith, saying that “ My God will heal me, and I shall not fear."

As Prince was unable to work anymore the entire financial burden came upon Teena. The travelling expenses and the treatment in India took a toll on her. She grieved the loss of her beloved husband while also carrying the burden of settling the debts.

Please keep Teena in your thoughts and prayers as she mourns the loss of her husband, and navigates a challenging time filled with uncertainty. Without financial support, she is facing significant hardship. Your support and generosity can make a meaningful difference in helping her cover medical and travel expenses.
