Stroke Sufferer Needs Help

Hello, my name is Ben Embree. Unfortunately i am raising money for my family and I. On April 8, 2014 i suffered a stroke and heart attack. Luckily at the time i was able to receive a total of 31 months of sick time and long term disability which allowed our family to live. I was recently cleared to return to work but unfortunately my long term disability has run out and our family of 5 only has $1600 dollars per month to live on. I have been looking for work and have found some but it does not start until March. We have been going to the food bank as much as possible but that only gets you so far and have exhausted the help we have received from friends of family. It is hard to ask for help from strangers but i now have no other options. Please as anything will help. Any money we don't use will be donated to the heart and stroke foundation. Thank you everyone!
