Hi, my name is Emilyn Haw, and I’m raising money for a project close to my heart. Over the past months, I’ve been volunteering at Windsor Nursing Home, where I’ve met amazing residents with powerful stories—but many of those stories are rarely heard.

I started an art and storytelling project where residents share memories or photos, and I help turn them into simple drawings or coloring pages. As they color, they often begin to share their life experiences—about family, childhood summers, or adventures that shaped them.

It’s a way for residents to feel seen and valued, and for their voices to shine through art.

Your donation will go directly toward supplies—sketchbooks, coloring materials, printing photos—and helping me expand the project to more residents and other facilities in the network.

Even a small gift—$10 or $20—helps create more opportunities for connection and dignity.

My goal is to raise $2000 in the next 3 weeks to cover costs and make sure this project continues to grow.
