Jackie's Memorial Service will be held Sunday October 11th 2020 at 3pm. Services will be at CrossPoint Church, 5730 Elena Dr, Holiday, FL 34690.

Our beloved Jackie recently and unexpectedly passed away on April 28th 2020. Jackie was a loving daughter, sister, mother, cousin, niece and friend who touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind Jaxen who is 6, Able who is 2 and Greenley who is 9 months.
Jackie dedicated her life, to the best of her abilities, to her kids and her family.
We are all devastated by Jackie’s tragic and sudden loss. As such, we are not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give her the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.
We are are asking that if you can, please donate to help cover the cost of Jackie’s funeral and for the care of her three beautiful children. Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time.
