At Youthset, we're on a mission to ignite the potential of our youth and create a brighter future for St. Cloud's teenagers. Led by the dedicated and experienced Tyrone, we're bridging the gaps between school and home life, individuals and community, and youth and positive role models.

Meet Tyrone:

With a remarkable 15 years of experience in youth development, Tyrone has left a lasting impact on the lives of countless young people. From the YMCA to the 742 School District, his work has been rooted in a passion for providing teenagers with creative opportunities to thrive. He's lived the transformative power of enrichment programs himself, and now he's determined to provide similar opportunities right here in St. Cloud. His guiding principles are love, unity, and opportunity.

The Vision:

Our vision is to transform a building into a safe haven for teens, a hub of positive and safe opportunities for youth, their families, and the community. The building needs renovations, but with your support, it can become the heart of meaningful engagement, personal development, and community building.

Youthset's Signature Program: Teen Zone

Our after-school and summer program, "Teen Zone," provides middle and high school teens with a safe and fun space to meet new friends, build healthy relationships, learn valuable life and trade skills, and develop leadership qualities. It's a no-cost program that champions diversity and inclusion within the community, breaking down financial barriers to help young people thrive.

What Your Support Will Do:

Your generous contributions will directly support:

Building Renovations: We'll transform the building into a welcoming and inspiring space for our teens.

Teen Programming: Funding will go towards providing a rich array of events and workshops, from PC building to robotics teams, cooking groups, coding, digital arts, job readiness, gardening classes, and more.

Tech and Equipment: We need computers, iPads for academic support, updated tech equipment for our computer area, and robotics teams.

Salon Station: A dedicated space for young aspiring stylists to learn and grow.

Building renovations: Your generous contributions will fund essential improvements such as structural enhancements, updated facility, and modern design elements, creating a safe, comfortable, and inspiring environment for the teenagers who will call it home.

Transportation: We aim to ensure teens have better access to this empowering center, removing this transportation barrier will increase teens ability to participate in our programs. This includes transportation solutions to bridge the gap between home, school, and the Youthset center. Also being able to expose the youth to activities, events, camps, college tours etc outside of their community or norm.
