Animals in our care need a place to stay
Donation protected
Ukraine Animal Rescue needs your urgent help. We want to purchase a building to call home for our rescue center so unfortunate animals that lost owners and homes because of the war will never have to depend on the greed of a conning landlord again. My name is Anton Kirichenko. I'm a dual citizen and have been living in Waterford, Michigan for 15 years. A couple of months before the war I came to visit my hometown Kyiv. On Feb 7 2022 I met Anastasiia and when our country was invaded we decided to stay despite enemy troops being at the gates of the city. Together we have founded Ukraine Animal Rescue. We rented a building to provide shelter, heat, food, and veterinary care for our wonderful rescues. This facility was an empty shell that didn't even have electric wiring or plumbing. A year later, after we have done so much work and brought so many animals into this place we are being thrown out by the building owner. After all this work, time, and money we have invested he wants to sell it even though we paid our rent on time and never had issues of any kind with anyone. Unfortunately, we have been fooled by this man as he was well aware of our rescue mission from day 1 and he doesn’t care he is putting so many animals back on the street. Your support is the only thing that can prevent this. Thank you for being with us. We can’t do this without you! Much love from Anton, Anastasiia, and all the rescued animals Kyiv, Ukraine
