Hi, we are the Medina family. Unfortunately our present situation has put all of our hopes and wishes in jeopardy. Life and death can sometimes be way too close together. The space in between will always be unpredictable . It's a very sad ending to the physical life of our sibling Guadalupe Acosta. We had alot of good times though... but now it's time to lay her to rest. She's gone through alot and deserves a peaceful eternity...
