May 1st will be a day we will never forget because Jacob decided to leave us. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Jacob was a loving, caring, compassionate young man that we lost too young. He was an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. We will always remember his smile and how much he loved his dogs.

The funds raised will provide help with funeral costs and also go towards a scholarship in Jacob's name.

Let's rally around Dianna, Steve, Sammy and Nick with love, prayers, and any support you can provide.
