Helps us to keep our employee on payroll

My name is Christophe, owner of Delice & Sarrasin, a vegan French restaurant in New York.

Due to a big issue in our building, the building department is forcing us to close for at least 6-10 months.

Our employees are our family. We are a family. We want to be able to keep them on payroll until we can reopen or relocate.

We are not leaving. We do not have ANY intentions to leave and stop operating.
