Stage 4 Endometriosis & Endosalpingiosis surgery

Donation protected
Hello,
My name is Angelina (Angel for short) and I am struggling with stage 4 endometriosis and a rare disease called endosalpingiosis. I am currently at risk of having a sudden intestinal or bowel blockage occur, which can be life threatening, I have 3 active nodules (growing) and organ adherence. I am currently in the process of going to India for 5 surgical procedures at the end of the month and have been documenting and sharing this process online in case anyone else needs the same procedures. While I managed to save $10,000 to cover the surgery, I am struggling to find the funds to cover cost of travel.

A medical visa costs $102.59
Hotels are roughly $60/night for a 2 week stay
Flights will be between $1,400-1,500 round trip
Travel for surgery and consultation + food costs (I have a very limited diet due to the disease crushing my digestive tract) will be around $600-700.

My reasons for going to India are the following:
1) Financial- US insurance rejects claims for surgical intervention as elective and the cost for what I need done would be over $100,000. While it will only be a little over 8 lacs, roughly $10,000 in India.

2) Doctor experience, knowledge, availability, and skills. Only 36% of people with endosalpingiosis also have endometriosis so it's difficult to find one able to treat both. And even if I had, they have to be accepting new patients and you have to be able to travel to them and insurance often considers them out-of-network, Disease recurrence rates vary by surgeon. Some people have 7+ surgeries.

3) Previous surgical experiences in the US. I've had 3. The first traumatized me in Indiana. Unauthorized procedures were done while I was under anesthesia and soon after I woke, leading to infections and an untreated bowel blockage. The second helped for 2.5yrs, taking pain from 24/7 to 15-20days/month, but left me in financial ruin as both my insurances denied claims.

Dr. Mangeshikar specializes in precisely what I have, there's a 4% disease recurrence rate for the surgical procedures he will be doing, he can help me quickly, and the cost is roughly $10k (which is the average cost of bowel surgery in India). I am actually documenting the entire process of going to India on Instagram stories and my YouTube account in case anyone else is in a similar situation.
