Through good times and bad Rose and Fred could always count on Father Obi of St. Patrick Church in Bay Shore. As their health declined, they enjoyed his fellowship as he offered comfort, companionship and holy communion.

We have all been touched by Father Obi's devotion to providing education for the children of his home village in Nigeria. He founded the Colmcille Memorial Academy to provide quality education and Christian formation of children from nursery to secondary grade.

Instead of flowers, please consider contributing to a holy cause…education for all.

The school needs a minibus to transport its young students from nearby communities, especially during the rainy season.

Please consider making a donation in honor of Rose Grello, a proponent of education, especially for young women, and a devout member of St. Patrick Church.
