Hi my name is Lori Tallman and I’m fundraising for my son and daughter-in-law and their preemie twins, Braxton and Harper. Ali was hospitalized for premature labor at the 24 week mark. She managed to hold off their birth for a few more weeks buying much needed time for the babies to grow and develop their lungs. Unfortunately the babies were born at the 27th week and will be in the NICU for possibly 3 months until they’re closer to their actual due date. I’m starting this fundraiser in hopes to help my son and daughter-in-law with the expenses of food, gas and some lodging expenses while they’re making daily trips to the hospital. It’s 100 miles round trip from their house to Sacramento. Seth has missed a lot of work due to Ali’s hospitalization and will be missing more due to traveling to see the twins. Harper suffered a pneumothorax in both of her lungs today and needed a chest tube. Braxton is having phototherapy for jaundice and both are undergoing a lot of different treatments to keep them stable. I would love to help relieve them of some of their financial stress so they can focus on these precious babies and not have to worry so much. A lot of people have asked how they can help so I thought this was a good way to help them during this difficult time.
