My brother-in-law James was crushed between two cars and had both legs crushed on April 30th around 7 pm. The force was so strong that his parked car behind him crashed into the garage and cracked some of the foundations. One of the legs was not getting blood flow due to the artery being crushed, so he had emergency surgery. The surgery was a success but he still needs more surgeries to make sure the leg is getting proper blood flow. He has more surgeries scheduled in the future, even at the moment (May 1st) he is in a 3-hour surgery. He does not have medical insurance and of course, he cannot work for the next 6 months. He used to work in construction but he is not able to go back due to the severity of his leg injuries. He has a long road ahead of him between surgeries, recovery and physical therapy. For him to focus on recovery, I started this GoFundMe page to help ease some of that worry. The donations will go to pay medical expenses, medical equipment, everyday bills, food and rent. We do not know how long it will take to start physical therapy so he can start walking again. James is the most genuine person I know. He is an aspiring comedian, so he is fun to hang around with.
