It's Time To Make A Change

June 6, 2023 PUPDATE: put in 30 day notice to vacate a few days ago. Have to be out June 30th. As you know I am trying to get an apartment in Ossian, Iowa. Right now they been trying to figure out the amount in rent that I am to pay as it rent assisted and also deducts for medical expenses. It is ran under the USDA rural housing. Security deposit might be being paid by a community center in Iowa, they are still figuring out details on that. I have dropped the fundraiser amount all the way down to $750. To help with gas, renting a UHAUL and hiring local movers in Caledonia, MN and local movers in Ossian, IA to help me load and unload the UHAUL. Much cheaper than hiring professional movers. Also would need to set up electricity and get Iowa driver's license, title and registration and plates once moved. Many other things to set up when moving out of state, but these are the immediate expenses.
