Liam McGuire

As many of you know, our good friends (Tom and Cindy McGuire) tragically lost their son, Liam this past week. We are starting this fund to assist Tom, Cindy, and Abby with any costs that may incur as a result of this tragedy as well as the beginning of a legacy fund in Liam's name (more on that as they are able to give some time, attention and love to it).

Liam was an adventurous and outgoing kid from the moment he could move. There was never a day in his young life in which he wasn’t tearing through our neighborhood making friends, inviting himself in for a meal or teaching the smaller kids something new! This smaller version of Liam grew to be a young man with many of the same qualities – adventurous, bright, friendly, and kind. His passion for skateboarding grew as did his “skateboarding” family and all would recall Liam as being the one they could count on, the one who always had their backs and the one who could always brighten their days with his smile and a good joke.

We can’t take away The McGuire’s unimaginable loss, but we can, as a community, come together to try to support and remember their boy who touched so many lives. Please consider a donation of any amount, as I’m sure it will be appreciated and put to good use.
