Hello, My name is Lisa and I am raising money for my mom, Linda Allocca who is battling Metastatic Lung & Brain Cancer.

Let me start by telling you a little bit about my mom. My mom has always been an independent, strong single mother who has overcome every obstacle in her way, until now. Linda is a young 68-year-old woman who has lived her life organically and dedicated herself to making healthy choices her entire life. That is why our entire family was in shock on October 22, 2022, when we learned that Mom was sick with Cancer.

She had 2 Brain Tumors removed immediately and was in the ICU for days after. Against her personal judgment, she agreed to go the conventional route of treatment and started brain radiation which she did not tolerate well. She was forced to stop treatment and knew that chemotherapy just was not the right choice for her.

We found a doctor who recommended a new immunotherapy treatment called Key-Truda. She was ecstatic to try this new method until we realized that her treatments would cost her an out-of-pocket expense of $2,200 every 3 weeks. She is not able to receive any treatments without pre-payment. We are desperately trying not to lose hope, but Mom is no longer working, lost her place to live, lost her car, and is now in jeopardy of losing her treatment options.

Of course, our family had Mom move in with us and we are caring for Mom in all of her needs mentally, physically, and emotionally but we can use your help with funding her treatments. It is wonderful to see that she finally has some hope in wanting to start this treatment and we want nothing to stand in her way.
