Bring babies home. Recovering from being hurt.

Hello, my name is Donaven and I’m fundraising to bring my twin sons (16 months) home. It’s an urgent matter as one of my children was assaulted by the mother’s boyfriend. While, the man is in jail and court date set for August we feel it’s in the Children’s best interest to move them to Ohio as soon as possible. We’ve paid more than half of the fees and they have began the process. I just need to pay the balance for the process to be completed. Any extra money raised will go towards flights to pick them up, bring them back to Ohio, and any other things they may need as I’m sure they have out grown every thing I currently have. I will pay it forward as soon as I’m able. 

It has taken a lot for me to ask for help as I am generally the one helping others. I’ve missed so much as I’ve missed most of their firsts and I’ll never be able to get those back. I want my children to be safe and know they are loved and cared for. It is very important that they have their father in their life. Most importantly I want them to be safe and I can provide that for them. The case is considered an interstate case as they are in Michigan.
