In memory of Letty

With a heavy heart, we are announcing the passing of our mother Adriana "Letty" Avila on April 29, she was called home and gained her angel wings. She went through her second open heart surgery and after her surgery was in ICU. Doctors expected a slow and long recovery but her health went downhill due to complications after complications started to arise. She was then diagnosed with fluid in her lungs, then kidney failure after that she got pneumonia along with other infections causing her body to grow weaker due to her inability to move, overwhelming her body. She was fighting for a month but unfortunately, the illness took over her body and took her from us. This is an unforeseen situation as we were not prepared, she was fighting hard to come home. She is currently in Houston, TX as this is where her surgery took place. We are wanting to bring her back to El Paso to be able to give her our last goodbyes. Donations of any size will be greatly appreciated and on behalf of my brother, sister and myself. These donations would allow her to come home to be given a proper goodbye and ceremony.
