My name is Malak or MJ and after almost 33 yrs of discomfort & anguish, I am finally fortunate enough to have access to life saving top surgery. A few years ago, I attempted to get surgery & had a similar fundraiser established but life had different plans. My fiancée & I got guardianship over our siblings almost overnight. Our priorities drastically shifted & top surgery was again put on the back burner. In a few months, I turn 33. It is my greatest wish to have this surgery but to also have the peace of mind knowing my now family of 4 will be okay while I am healing.

I do have an official surgery date: June 30th
