Gavin Lasater and his family

Hello, I’m Lexi Erickson, here with Mary Johnson. We work with Mark Laster at the Clam Shell during the Tucson and Denver Gem Shows. We are also customers. We truly appreciate your taking a moment to read our story.

Our dear friend, Gavin Laster is one of the most fabulous stone cutters for the Clam Shell. Gavin is struggling with end stage liver failure. He is in desperate need of a liver transplant….this is his only chance. The doctors don’t think he will be around next year without the transplant.

He is unable to work, and the family is struggling with medical bills and daily living expenses. They are hoping they will not lose their home.

All money donated will be used for Transplant Surgery, medical expenses and living expenses for Gavin, his wife and their two daughters.

Please respect their privacy during this very emotional struggle.
